The beginning · 2009
A $50 tent. Elote nobody had heard of yet. Free samples that turned into lines of people coming back for more. Dena Fuller grew Paco’s because the food was honest and the welcome was real.

A permanent home
After years of fairs, festivals and food-truck weekends, Dena Fuller opened a neighborhood taqueria where the conversation could slow down—but the flavor never did.

Before Derby Street, Paco’s took its bright yellow trailer to the people—one meal, one conversation, one hometown stop at a time.

Food that reaches farther
Customers can buy a $5 meal card and leave it on the Pay-It-Forward Board. When somebody is hungry, they can take a card and eat. No questions asked.
